The Newest in Online Banking

We Upgraded to a Cleaner, Simpler, More Secure Platform.

You asked, and we listened! Carolina Bank is excited to announce the launch of our new Online Banking experience. All of the essential banking features you've come to love now in a cleaner, simpler design. This transfer will be done during the morning on February 26th, 2025. We're excited, and we hope you are too! We'll be making more improvements in the online platform in the future as we strive to provide the latest in both financial technology and customer service.  So, what's next?

What To Expect

A New Look and Faster, More Compatible Banking.

Our new platform is a full scale, responsive design that mimics Carolina Bank's mobile banking app interface.  This platform works on all modern browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and with all supported mobile devices, tables, and desktops.  Below is a sample of the platform's navigation compared to the current site.

Your Next Steps

Login with Your Current Username and Password.

That's right! You'll migrate to a better online banking platform and keep the same login credentials from the current online banking platform. Simply type in your username on the new login page (pictured below) and proceed to type in your current password. There are options on the new site to receive your username via email and to reset your password.

Note: If you cannot remember your username you can look in the settings of the Carolina Bank mobile app to find it, or look at your browser's password manager, or call a member of the Carolina Bank support team at (843)398-8000.

Update Those Bookmarks.

Anyone who has the bank's current online banking URL bookmarked will want to resave the new link.
