IDProtect® is an identity theft monitoring and resolution service that helps protect you and your family1. If you become a victim of identity theft, experts will provide professional fraud resolution, helping you document the damage done and file necessary paperwork. This recovery plan reduces time spent restoring your identity. Valuable identity theft expense reimbursement coverage2 is offered to help cover eligible expenses related to clearing your name until your identity is restored.
IDProtect® is included in our SMART Checking, SMART Plus Checking, and SMART Senior Checking accounts.

Once you have activated credit file monitoring, you may request your credit score. Once you have done so, it will then refresh on a monthly basis.
5 Credit Score Tracker: Once credit file monitoring has been activated and you have requested your first credit score, you may request a new credit score each month to be plotted on your Credit Score Tracker graph. Monthly email notifications will be sent to let you know when your new score is available.
